It has been 34 years since I last went to the The Mall Galleries, London.
My first exhibition in the big city at the age of 22, to be with artists such as Robert Gillmor and Keith Shackleton was a dream come true.
At that time I was proudly exhibiting my bird sculptures in the Society of Wildlife Artists Annual Exhibition 1989.
I am now very excited to think that next week I will be going down memory lane and back to the Mall Galleries - although not exhibiting I am going to the Society of Wildlife Artists Annual Exhibition and I can't wait. This time I am a guest to the RSPB Private Reception, but next time - who knows - but what I do know is that I am not going to wait a further 34 years...
