Hot off the press - the illustrated novel 'Island to Island' is to be published on 23rd August, after a launch at Llandudno Waterstones on the 20th August.
The novel records the memorable time spent living in an incredible tropical paradise, but was it all sun, sea and sand? Swapping Somerset security for tropical tempestuousness, my illustrated book, ‘Island to Island’ portrays a rare insight to a dynamic and challenging, yet privileged existence living on a remote island – it tells the real story.
Although I can never repay St Kentigern Hospice for their unquestionable kindness they showed us as a family at a difficult time, by way of a small thank you the profit proceeds from sales of the novel will be donated to help boost their funds.
With a foreword by Chris Packham and some excellent endorsements and reviews, the book has wide appeal; natural history/wildlife lovers, readers interested in conservation, travel and culture, those looking for escapism, or simply inspiration to explore a new challenge in life. So if you fancy a trip to the tropics from the comfort of your armchair or even a Christmas getaway, to support the hospice, look out for ‘Island to Island’ available from the publisher: www.cranthorpemillner.com, Waterstones, Foyles, WH Smiths, Amazon, or St Kentigern.
